**The Role**:
The Sales Support Administrator will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Key responsibilities:

- As Sales Support Administrator you will be tasked with maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records using various Sales/Account platforms.
- To process, monitor and track order to the point of dispatch.
- To carry out checks for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- To work alongside the Internal and Field Sales teams to co-ordinate and produce regular sales reports and project-based analysis to assist sales growth to include, account retention, new business, and development.
- Take part in arranged conference calls and head office meetings.
- Promote the Company’s brand, service levels and quality when liaising with potential and existing customers.

**About You**:

- Outstanding communication skills when working with both colleagues and customers
- Demonstrate diligence with a great level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in dealing with B2B account
- Experience of Salesforce CRM
