**The Role**:
The Sales Support Administrator will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Key responsibilities:

- Support and process all B2B orders accurately via our order processing platform.
- Answering incoming calls to support the Internal Sales team.
- Management of the online portal ordering systems.
- Office administration helping with taking payments and dealing with customer support enquiries.
- Liaise with the sales team, credit control and warehouse when required to ensure orders are received in a timely manner.
- Create, manage, and update data using spreadsheets and in-house platforms as directed by the Head of Sales.

The role is ideally suited to applicants with previous experience in office administration.
