**Hybrid - 2 / 3 days in the office**

A successful management consultancy and recruitment business, who provides support to housing, charities, public, not for profit organisations, is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator. The role be to provide finance administration support to the BusinessManager, to ensure the smooth running of the back-office operation. To manage the purchase ledger, maintain accurate accounts information, updating the accounts system and dealing with accounts queries and undertake other duties as required, which will evolvein relation to business needs.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Process monthly interim invoices including completion of all associated record sheets
- Prepare and process consultancy and recruitment invoices as required
- Process all transactions on Quickbooks accounts system
- Produce reports from the accounts system as required
- Assist with the production of monthly/quarterly management reports.
- Monitor and reconcile the Petty Cash tin and records
- Maintain spreadsheet information across the business
- Carry out reconciliations on all company bank accounts and input in the accounts system
- Deal with accounts queries from clients and associates
- Process staff expenses
- Record and file all purchase invoices received both electronically and in hard copy
- Manage the hard copy folders and Bank Update sheet with all purchase invoices and payments
- Updating company data sheets as required
- Supporting the Business Manager as required
- Supporting the Consultancy and Recruitment Teams as required
- Carry out any other appropriate tasks as required.

**Skills and Experienced required**:

- A Level' standard education or equivalent
- Previous professional experience of working in a finance or accounts capacity within an office environment. Minimum of 1 years experience
- Experience of operating accounts, administrative and data systems
- Confident online and using web-based internet tools
- A very high standard of numeracy
- Able to input data accurately and maintain office data systems
- Ability to work with large sets of Excel data
- Able to respond positively to requests for work from different members of the team
