Role

The role of Finance Director based in Central London is a key position within the finance team of this non
- profit corporate office and will be responsible for:

- Prepare monthly financial statements and annual statutory accounts.
- Responsible for UK annual audit process and Charity Commission return.
- Liaise with external accountants for preparation of financial analyses and reports, and for US/UK accounts, audits and tax returns.
- Prepare and review payments for approval and manage bank accounts.
- Cashflow forecasting to enable timely drawdown of investment funds to support programme funding.
- Prepare annual budgets for consideration and review.
- Primary contact point with external providers such as banks and investment funds.
- Develop a sound internal control environment and practices.
- Track investment positions/transactions, coordinating accurate and timely distribution of investment performance reports to management and investment committee.
- Address KYC, AMAL, FATCA/FINRA/CRS and related requests and filings as appropriate.
- Advise programme teams on financial structure of grants and monitor grantee/vendor financial reports, highlighting any issues as they arise.
- Work with management to prepare budgets and forecasts.
