As a result, we are seeking an executive who as part of the newly formed Executive Leadership Team can help the Disabilities Trust achieve their strategic ambition to be a global leaderin their field and to drive extensive growth and development whilst maintaining the clinical and operational excellence in services across the country.
- Lead on, drive and implement the strategy for the charity
- Ensure all services are compliant with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and expert advice to the CEO and board of Trustees
- Develop new, long-term operational strategies to continually improve the care and support provided
- Develop sustainable services ensuring the Trust continues as the leading provider in delivery of positive outcomes for people with brain injury
- Work with operations and quality teams to maintain an effective compliance framework
- Represent the Executive and Senior leadership teams relevant to your areas of responsibility

**Essential Experience/Requirements**:

- Experience in an executive leadership role driving company strategy
- Experience in delivering against commercial and service delivery targets
- Expertise in commissioning brain injury services in hospital, residential or supported living settings.
- Demonstrable experience in leading, developing, managing and motivating high-performing teams
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, develop business cases to gain approval and implement improvements
- Ability to initiate, develop and implement effective strategies with clear goals and to make clear, informed, appropriate and timely decisions
