This is a hybrid role where you work from the office and at home to help with a healthy work-life balance supporting our Vitality Brand. In return for this, you are rewarded with a starting salary of **£21,000 - OTE £32,800 PLUS benefits.**

As our **Customer Sales Executive,**you will develop a high level of technical expertise and be an expert in customer service, sales and the re-selling of the Vitality product as well as managing workflow and ensuring service level metrics are delivered. This role will suit someone with a passion for high-level customer service. You will be provided with the training and support to be an expert in retention and service processes and procedures.
**Your key responsibilities as our**Customer Sales Executive will include**:

- Answering inbound calls and written enquiries from our customers who are querying their current product
- Working closely with the Team Managers and wider teams to ensure that our customers remain an advocate for a successful renewal of their Vitality’s product
- Working to individual targets and maximising productivity
- Ensuring each customer is treated as an individual and providing a positive experience ensuring all communications with the customer are relevant and consistent
- Maintaining a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change
- Maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment

- Natural ability to engage and influence people at all levels
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to navigate around a computer
