This is a fantastic opportunity to join the fast growing and innovative Invoice Finance business as we continue with our high growth business plan to achieve £1bn of assets.

This client facing role will have a large impact on achieving this goal by you originating Invoice Finance business throughout the region.

**The difference you’ll make**:

- Delivering targeted levels of income through the sale of Invoice Finance to the Commercial & Corporate Banking sector
- Developing and managing relationships with existing and prospective bank clients who require, Invoice Finance or Asset Based Lending
- Developing new-to-bank opportunities through existing and developed networks, always in conjunction/consultation with the Regional Origination & Client Coverage team
- Constructing quality credit proposals, within credit policy guidelines, that accurately reflect prospective clients’ circumstances, financial position, asset quality, business strategy, markets, and management
- Driving performance through proactively engaging Relationship Directors/Managers and, working together, building professional relationships with clients and external introducers/organisations, raising awareness of the Invoice Finance/ABL proposition
- Ensuring CRM systems are kept updated with timely and accurate management information as specified by the head of Invoice Finance Origination

**What you’ll bring**:

- Must have Invoice knowledge and experience
- Must have a demonstrable track record of success in originating sales in an Invoice Finance or Asset Based Lending business

**It would also be nice for you to have**:

- Accounting or Banking Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM

This role is based in Triton Square and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs.
- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
- We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.
- 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
