We have a very structured graduate **Learning & Development plan** in place to ensure you have the **training **and **support **you need to be a successul Recruitment Consultant. **No experience required** We offer an industry leading, **UNCAPPED** **commission** **structure**, OTE for year one is an average of **£40K** With the prospect of **6 FIGURES** in your first **3 years**

Lead by **Sales Manager Alex Hill (Million Pound Public Sector Biller), **our Nottingham office has gone from strength to strength since opening in 2021, and recently won the **holiday target** jetting off on an **all-inclusive holiday to Marbella** last month Could you be the next Consultant on the plane?
