**Burton team** as a
**Trainee Recruitment Consultant.**

The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant will cover,

**Account Manager**:

- Developing strong relationships with all clients.
- Providing unrivaled levels of customer service.
- Communicating with customers regularly - creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

**Recruitment**:

- Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants.

**Business Development**:

- Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients.
- Securing new business using various Business Development techniques.

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in the on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
