**Position**:Food & Beverage Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities and duties**:

- Ensure that all guests’ requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Manage a team of workers and oversee work completion
- Clearly and promptly distribute information to food and beverage staff
- Provide efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations
- Handle with queries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times
- Support kitchen staff when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out as agreed
- Prepare back of house service points (expectations for breakfast, lunch and dinner) requirements as necessary
- **A willingness to learn is essential, combined with the motivation, and pertained to face new challenges.**
