**Job Description**:
Co-ordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on BDP Ethics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service to customers and overseas partners.
- Communication: fast response to all enquiries
- Order processing management
- Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
- Coordination/follow up of the shipment
- Collating correct documents to pass to CHB team for Import Customs processing
- Documentation / administration / invoicing / Digital filing
- Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
- Operational troubleshooting
- Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
- Co-operation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
- End to end processing

Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of extensive Ocean Import experience - FCL / LCL
- Knowledge of various local and International shipping and freight forwarding practices.
- Combined excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyse situations and to make good decisions based on available information.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Must have confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic
