Your role will be supporting the Pension Manager with overseeing all pension arrangements for the UK.
**Daily Tasks will look like**:
- Managing Pension Plans
- Oversee the department's inbox
- Reply to Pension enquires from members
- Update information across all platforms
- Admin and analysis of data
- DB and DC admin tasks
- Handle renewal processes
- Liaising with the third party company
- Setting up meetings
- Communication of changes
- Data manipulation and analysis
- Support renewals
**What you need to have**:
- Previous pensions administration experience is essential
- Pensions knowledge and willingness to learn
- Strong administration skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and enjoy being part of the team
