The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus - a global leader in companion animal nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club with associated facilities.

**About the role**

The Recruitment Business Partner will act as the Group’s internal recruiter, working in partnership with the Head of Recruitment. You will be responsible for recruitment process across the group of companies from request / role concept through to induction and onboarding. You will play a key and pivotal role in ensuring that Tangerine attracts, selects and retains the best possible talent in the marketplace to improve retention and reduce external recruitment spend.

**Main Duties**:
**Resourcing**
- Deliver a full in-house recruitment service, focusing on roles across both the UK and Internationally, for all business areas, reducing agency reliance and focussing on direct methods.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers at all levels to gain clear understanding of role requirements, building a resourcing plan for each vacancy.
- Work in partnership with the HRBP to coordinate the onboarding process, liaising with other relevant teams to create a seamless employee introduction.
- Work in partnership with the HOR to co-ordinate regular Graduate Assessment Days to keeping a constant flow of Graduate Talent into the group.

**Selection**
- Ensure the corporate assessments are completed in a timely manner and presented to the hiring manager ahead of any interview.
- Support hiring managers with the selection and assessment process whether CV screening, interview design and support or offer negotiation with the relevant GD or CH.

**Systems and Process**
- Work closely with the (HOR) to ensure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies are up to date.
- Work with Tangerine internal marketing team, graphic designers and the Head of Recruitment to ensure our career websites are up to date, engaging, fit for purpose and linked to social media / and our applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Work with external job board suppliers, advertising agencies, press or otherwise (when required) to ensure that Tangerine has the best role specific campaign for each position whilst maintaining and reducing external recruitment spend.
- Compile, manage and communicate core recruitment KPI report/updates on: time to hire (TTH), cost per hire (CPH), Interview to placement ratio and retention (year one only) to the HOR.
- In conjunction with the HOR and HRBP maintain a lawful recruitment process, protecting the Company from a diversity and equality point of view.

**Agency management**
- In conjunction with the HOR and CH, agree all Terms and Conditions prior to engaging recruitment agencies.
- Conduct regular service level agreements and ensure that agencies are working well and representing Tangerine Group in the best possible way.
- Ensure invoices are paid on time (all PO’s and invoice sent to accounts in plenty of time before they are due for payment).

**Emerging Talent**
- Attend all relevant graduate recruitment fairs to build talent pipelines for management trainees, graduate recruitment, interns and placement schemes.
- Meeting with Universities to discuss working in partnerships and formulating different methods of recruitment.
- Attend regular meetings with local or specialist Universities and Colleges to meet both university professionals and students to explore opportunities within the Group.
- Continually review and improve the schemes to ensure they remain successful.
