You will be marketing homes around, & exceeding, the £500,000+ mark.

You will earn between 60% & 70% all your exchanged fees.

**Partner agent responsibilities**

Partner Agents should concentrate on the five primary tasks that generate income, which are typically what Agents find fulfilling and excel in.
- Prospecting
- Listing Properties
- Creatively marketing properties
- Negotiating and agreeing sales
- Seeing the sale through to exchange

**To be successful, you must**:

- Have previous Estate Agency experience with high customer service levels.
- Be highly driven, motivated, and enthusiastic, being able to work independently and effectively.
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Have good organizational skills.
- Display high standards of service and presentation at all times.
- Be creative in targeting and prospecting premium properties.
- Create professional marketing campaigns suitable for premium homes.
- Maximise revenues and grow your own property register.
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
