Operating in Agile, you’ll manage the end-to-end research activities including planning, execution, analysis and insight delivery. **Location**:Kings Cross, London or Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hybrid working applies with 2 days in the office minimum.

**Where do you fit in?**

We’re here to make home repairs and improvements easy for everyone. Reporting to the Lead UX Researcher, you’ll maintain and develop the company’s in-house research facility. You’ll take a pragmatic approach to delivering research, and always choosing the right tools for the job You'll work closely with product and development colleagues on the UX design vision and advocating UX across your team and the wider business. You'll increase shared understanding of customer behaviours through online experiments (A/B testing), benchmark studies, lab studies, and surveys. You’ll be customer obsessed - always - identifying and cultivating advocacy to pull on testimonials, case studies and referrals. If you have a passion for tech, then we’d love to hear from you

**What do you need to succeed?**
- A flair for research in all it’s glorymarketplace background would land well.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying on top of industry trends. We are being bold and thinking big. You’ll help us turn this into well thought out plans.
- Experience with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, contextual interviews, guerrilla research, remote testing, focus groups and analytics.
- Ability to identify best methods to answer UX research questions, prioritising and adapting to meet time and opportunity constraints.
- Solid presentation skills, and experience communicating user-centred research findings to a large number of stakeholders in a persuasive and engaging way.
- Experience working across multiple platforms and devices.
