We are seeking to appoint a motivated and professional Exams Officer to assist the Exams Team Leader in ensuring that all aspects of examinations administration are conducted effectively and efficiently.
The ideal applicant will already have excellent administration skills but we welcome those who are enthusiastic and willing to learn. It is really important that you have great integrity due to handling confidential information. You will be well-organised, efficient and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure to strict deadlines. You will have an excellent standard of English and writing ability as well as digital and IT skills. We are looking for people with good interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with customers who come from all walks of life.
You will act as deputy for the Exams Team Leader as and when required.
