**About The Role**:

We our looking for an Internal Communications Graduate to join our Communications team.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in internal communications. You will be supported to deliver a range of communications activities and services to our colleagues across our internal communications channels.

You will have a hands-on approach allowing you to be involved in a variety of activities. You will build relationships, communicate new ideas and have a strong focus on creating brilliant content across our channels to engage with our colleagues.

Responsibilities range from supporting the delivery of communications plans, projects and campaigns, producing engaging content to reach our internal colleagues to supporting photoshoots, video shoots and storyboarding to produce engaging content. You will support the delivery of urgent news and crisis communications when required.

You will be a brand ambassador throughout the organisation, ensuring our communications fit our brand identity, therefore, excellent communication skills are key to this role.

This role is being offered on a
**full time**,
**fixed term** basis for a period of
**12 months**. We have 1 position available, but you can be based in our
**Exeter**,
**Weston-super-Mare** or
**Tolvaddon** office.

- Enthusiastic about own ideas.
