Trinity Medical Centre is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our 24,000 patient Practice in the centre of Hove. This would be on a permanent basis working Monday - Friday.

**The Role**:
The role is varied and you will be the first point of contact for patients either over the telephone or face to face.
**About you**:
You may not have worked in general practice before, but are you **a confident communicator **who is able to speak to a wide range of different patients **in person and over the phone**?
Can you manage your own workload and the work as part of the team without close supervision? Are you **efficient, organised**, and **can work under pressure**?
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
