**Credit Controller**

Cobalt is partnering with one of the UK's largest privately owned Property Development companies.

The business is looking for a Credit Controller to join their accounts team. This role is ideal for a Credit Control Assistant looking to take on more responsibilities or an Accounts Receivable Assistant looking to transition into Credit Control.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collection of Rents and Service Charges
- Reducing Aged Debt to minimise risk to the business
- Liaising with Property Managers and Clients Accountants
- Working on debt across Residential and Commercial ledgers
- Proactively chasing outstanding Rents and Service Charges

**About You**
- Previous experience working within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience working with Property or Real Estate
- Knowledge and understanding of Service Charges is ideal
- Previous experience with Property Accounting Software such as Qube/MRI/Horizon
