Futures is working alongside our client in search of an experienced Sales Manager for their busy Dealership in Dorset.

This is a great opportunity for an experience motorcycle Sales Manager or an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for Motor bikes to join a large successful company with lots of opportunities for further progression.

To succeed as the Motorcycle Sales Manager, you will need:

- To Have a proven track record building, developing and managing a motorcycle sales team
- To be able to build relationships with colleagues and customers
- To Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- The ability and drive to achieve monthly and quarterly targets consistently
- The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively

To succeed as the Motorcycle Sales Manager, you should have:

- A passion for motorcycles
- The ability to deliver results
- Exceptional communication skills
- Hold a full motorcycle and driving license

This is a full time permananet postions with the ocasional weekend shift.
