**Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader**

**Location **- Brigg and surrounding areas

**Hourly pay** - **£12.50 - £13**

**Contracted hours **- up to 40 hours per week on a 4 / 3 rota pattern

**What will you be doing?**

As a Senior Care Assistant you will be expected to assist and provide personal care; this could be helping with meal and fluid support, assisting with medication or assist with shopping/domestic duties.

You will have the responsibility of team leadership and, mentoring new recruits. These duties would include; care plan assessments, reviews, quality monitoring and carrying out spot checks.

**Experience**:
A NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is essential. You will also require appropriate & relevant medication administrative and care experience.

**You must have a valid driving licence.**
