**More about your role**

As our new Head of Performance Reporting, you will be part of our Group Finance department in managing the performance reporting team. You will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate production and delivery of Group performance reporting, providing insightful management information to enable enhanced decision-making and delivery of strategic objectives. You will also provide strategic finance business partnering support to Central Services Executives and budget-holders.

This is a hybrid-based role from our Preston office, where you will be in the office twice a week.

**More about you**

Ideally you will have extensive Financial Planning and Analysis experience, particularly leading the delivery of monthly financial and non-financial performance reporting, consolidation of Group management accounts and Executive dashboards. You will have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines and driving delivery from others. You will have past experience of driving transformational change, preferably around the quality and efficiency of record to report activities. Most importantly you will be a customer-focussed, passionate and driven individual with a vision to support us on our journey.
