Seasonal Kitchen Assistant

To keep the kitchen and back of house areas in a clean, hygienic state at all times to Portavadie Standards

To ensure a safe working environment is always achieved in the process of your job.

To follow cleaning schedules using Cooksafe template as agreed by Head Kitchen Porter /Head Chef.

To assist other kitchen porters assisting the kitchen brigade maintain hygiene standard.

To be trained to assist the Chefs in any preparation work, cooking assistance and any other reasonable request from the senior chef on duty.

To be trained in COSHH and follow the procedures for chemical usage at all times.
