Health and Safety risks and relevant elements of the Safety Management System. In this role, you will work in collaboration with the Health and Safety Senior Business Partner to ensure the Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy is delivered across all areas of responsibility.

**What you will be doing as Health Safety & Wellbeing Advisor**
- Act as a point of contact for relevant internal stakeholders, regional managers, and front-line supervisors. Deliver seamless, consistent support, covering all aspects of Water Networks operations.
- Provide specific advice, guidance and assurance relating to Construction, Design and Maintenance Client roles and responsibilities.
- Use clear performance indicators to track Health, Safety & Wellbeing performance. Strengthen the management of investigations to ensure effective implementation of preventative and corrective actions.
- Undertake relevant inspections, and site and assurance visits, addressing areas of concern and raising actions to the responsible person, agreeing to improvements to be implemented within a given timescale.

**What you should bring to the role**
- Minimum of **NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent**:

- Background of working within the water, utilities, or critical national infrastructure environment.
- Background with process safety will be advantageous.
- This** role will require you to have a car and will come with a car allowance**

- Competitive **salary from **£40,000 to £50,000 **annum depending on skills and experience
- **Annual Leave**:

- **26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays)

- **Contributory pension - Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% -2x employee contribution**:
