**Job**Title**: Helpdesk Administrator
**Location**: University of Lewisham Hospital (closest station is Ladywell)
**Salary**: £23,500
**Contract**: Full time, 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
**Brief**:
To provide an effective, professional helpdesk and administration support to the operational / Facilities management team. You will be joining a small team and working closely with the service desk supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:
Operate the helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on the FM support system, and feeding through jobs to the operational staff, and reporting back to customers.
Support all managers for invoicing procedures and variations, FM ANC's, & ANC pricing schedules
Advising sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements and checking the validity of sub-contractors advice notes and invoices
Prepare, process and submit invoices to the clients, monitoring payment invoices and review bad debt status across the contract
Provide admin support for the management team; telephone, written and personal enquiries
Assisting preparation of correspondence, reports, tenders, presentations and other required documents
Organising meetings, organising managers diary when necessary
Ensuring that invoicing and purchasing id organised and up to date.
**Desirable requirements**:
- Helpdesk experience within an hospital environment
- Team player - the admin team all help each other out when needed
