Sales Administrator

**Job Brief**
**Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Contacting current customer base to expose new offers and products.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
Promoting new product and offers via social media platforms to generate sales leads.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
**Sales Administrator Requirements**:
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with industry software such as Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
