**In this role Muntons will provide**

**Key responsibilities**:
In this role you will be a key member of the Maltings team, supporting the site management teams with a variety of administration tasks to ensure we meet the needs of our customers both internal and external.

**Key tasks**:
**Daily**
- File Weighbridge tickets.
- Input outside store barley tickets via SAP.
- Arrange DHL collections
- Input Malt analysis results to SAP and Excel doc’s.
- Confirm Malt Process Orders.
- Update CO-product spreadsheets
- Update GWE Spreadsheets.

**Weekly**
- Create Dried Barley blending process orders.
- Create and confirm Barley drying process order.
- Create Co-product invoices and send to merchants.
- Create the following weeks process orders.
- Check PPE stocks and order from Arco if required.
- Check Batch Cards, print and laminate if required.
- Update Site Statistics spreadsheet.
- Record and report Energy and water meter reads.
- Transpose Created blends for loads onto SAP and issue.
- Report previous week despatches.
- Goods Issue despatches on SAP.

**Annually/ Ad Hoc**
- Resolve any Grain account/delivery queries from Merchants.
- Resolve any Barley inbound freight queries from Hauliers.
- Resolve Purchase order queries.
- Authorise framework invoices.
- Cover for Maltings Administrator.
- Reconciliation of fuel cards.
- Create purchase requisitions.
- Goods receipt purchase orders.
- Any other General office administration tasks.

- SAP experience is preferred but not essential.

- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel.
- The self-confidence and ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
