**HAIL TO WORK**has an exciting opportunity for a **Job Coach** for a 1 Year Maternity Cover placement.

Full Time - 37.5 hours a week

1 Year contract (with a possibility of extension)

Salary - £21,905 - £23,305 per annum

**About the Job Coach** **role**:
Based in our Wood Green office, you will provide coaching, support, and guidance to adults with a learning disability, Autism or Mental Health needs. You will support our service users and existing employees to become independent in their roles and providethe necessary coaching, training, and encouragement to enable them to succeed. You will work closely with employers to ensure they are supported and nurture existing business relationships whilst building a new pool of vacancies.

**Skills and experience of our ideal Job Coach****:

- Experience supporting people facing complex barriers achieve their goals
- A track record of training, education or employment support delivered for marginalised groups
- A strong level of computer skills, including Microsoft packages.
- Willingness to travel within London Boroughs
- Availability for working some unsocial hours in line with the demands of the role
