We are excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an assiduous educator to join a forward-thinking school community as an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Phase Lead. The ideal EYFS Lead will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and offer their knowledge and perspective to help shape school-wide projects and strategic planning efforts.

Job Title: EYFS Phase Lead

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: September 2024

Location: Haringey, North London

Salary: Inner London (with a TLR) - Competitive, dependent on experience

EYFS Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the EYFS team, providing vision, direction, and support to ensure high standards of teaching and learning for children aged 3 to 5.

* Collaborate to develop and implement an engaging curriculum suitable for EYFS learners.

* Support the professional growth of EYFS practitioners through coaching, mentoring, and training.

* Build positive relationships with parents, fostering communication and collaboration to support children's learning at home and in school.

EYFS Phase Lead Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in EYFS.

* Understanding of the EYFS framework, child development principles, and effective teaching practices.

* Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate a team.

* Strong communication skills, able to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
