**THE PHOTO STUDIO TEAM**

Based in Here East, Stratford, the Photo Studio team is an integral part of the business and is responsible for the creation of the product page content on MATCHESFASHION. Made up of a 90+ strong team that is still growing, we have Stock Controllers, Production Co-Ordinators, Photographers, Retouchers, Videographers, Stylists, Size and Fit Specialists, Copywriters, and Translators who all ensure imagery and specifications are captured swiftly as products enter the business. **ROLE**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Mid Size & Fit Specialist to join the Size & Fit team in this mid-level role. You will have a sound knowledge of men’s and women’s luxury fashion. Experienced and/or educated in technical terminology, you will have excellent communication skills and collaborate closely with the studio and other stakeholders, working on set to ensure accurate size and fit advice is taken and described for each product. Working to daily KPIs, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be consumer focused, working with other stakeholders to understand and establish better ways to serve information to our global customer. You will be resilient, remain calm working under pressure, and readily accepting of challenges, adapting your approach to suit where necessary.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A sound knowledge of Women and Menswear brands, trends and technical terms technical and fabric knowledge and terminology for both RTW and accessories.
- Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing.
- Confident taking Women and Menswear model measurements.
- Ability to measure and input all allocated accessories and lifestyle products within a set time, to meet daily KPI.
- To analyse the product to ensure it is appropriately and consistently measured and described to properly communicate to the customer.
- Action orientated, you will be a fast-learner, self-motivated, confident and have multi-tasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferable fashion design, têxtile design or pattern cutting background.
- Ability to work in a close-knit team, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
- A positive, dedicated, and can-do attitude, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous on set experience preferred (within an online retail environment)
- Computer literate with some CMS experience (preferred but not essential

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Working in the studio on set to clearly communicate Size & Fit advice to the customer.
- Review your allocated shootlist ensuring all correct sizes for model are available on set. Proactively work with the stock any styling teams to ensure all items arrive in the studio on time and fit correctly.
- Raise any inconsistent fit information to production team and the Senior Size & Fit Specialist and/or Manager. To maintain a smooth-running workflow.
- Liaise with the DC size and fit team, buying team and the wider business to ensure all Size & Fit information is consistently communicated.
- Manage allocated shootlists to complete KPIs within daily timeline. To QC all product you work with and ensure all issues are communicated to the relevant teams.
- Manage models measurements monthly, raising any concerns.
- Size and Fit team Raey rep, ensuring consistent size and fit copy across styles and working on any key amends and audits.
