**Job Title**: Content Management System Specialist. This is a hybrid role based at our London office, ideally a full time position but we're open to discussing flexible working hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain CMS platforms, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with AEM, including working with tech teams on resolving issues
- Create written guidance on how to use the CMS platform for end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CMS platform is achieving the client’s vision
- Perform user acceptance testing to ensure content is behaving as expected
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with CMS platforms, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear and concise manner for end user guidance
- Ability to work independently and to a tight schedule
