Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments
- Support the office with clerical tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer software
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in maintaining office records and files
- Familiarity with proper phone etiquette

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.50-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
