Children’s Senior Residential Care Worker (Therapeutic Care Practitioner)
**Salary**: £31,928.00- £34.853.00 per annum
Hours: Full time permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, operating on a flexible shift pattern including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleeps per week (included in salary). Voluntary overtime available.

All our staff are professionally qualified or working towards a qualification in therapeutic skills to enable them to meet the children emotional and welfare needs.
- Support the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
- Undertake direct work with young people as appropriate. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
- Offer supervision and support to carers in line with quality standards & regulations, and as directed by the Registered Manager. To promote our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) approach and engage/lead weekly MDT meetings with Clinical and Education services on site.
- Assist the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose and uphold the organisations mission statement and values.
- Help with activities including personal and quality care in and out of the home
Other:
- Skilled in Residential Childcare
- Hold a Level 3 or equivalent in Children & Young People
- Ideally hold a Full UK Driving Licence
