Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is hiring an Administrator to join our HR team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Engineering HR department. The Ryanair Group is known for its fleet of over 500 aircraft, connecting over 230 destinations in 36+ countries. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage all administration within the engineering department, providing support for engineers, technicians and management staff..
- Handle daily communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including airports, other airlines, and regulatory bodies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with engineers and management, including travel arrangements.
- Supporting the recruitment and selection process
- Onboarding including issuing contracts & 5 year background checks
- Arranging medicals & initial training
- Provide HR support for the employee review process
- Taking notes and representing HR at meetings, including Annual Appraisals, Review Meetings and Disciplinary procedures.
- Collating payroll data in terms of salary changes, adjustments & expenses
- Monitor employee absence to identify trends & complete return to works
- Supporting staff with any HR queries as and when they arise
- Any additional duties as required from the HR Manager

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with aviation procedures and regulations is a plus.
