_Role Description_
- Answering phone calls and Scheduling appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- As the patient’s first point of contact, you will greet patients to the clinic
- Helping patients fill required medical forms
- Answer enquiries regarding treatments and/or products offered at the clinic.
- Answer enquiries regarding payment options
- Taking patient payments and preparing billing statements
- Required Skills_
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Teamworking skills to successfully interact with nurses, dentists, and all other employees.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, constantly bringing new ideas in order to keep improving and developing our dental practice
- Effective organisation skills
- Basic computer, software skills, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Preferably, Tamil speaking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harrow, HA1 1BE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
