Morning working Monday to Friday 07:00 to 11:00

Our client's site in Leamington Spa, is an advanced design studio for General Motors. The modern design facility has been built specifically to develop new automotive vehicles for GM. The modern work space and facility environment accommodates designers, engineers and executives. We are looking for high calibre individuals with a integrety and energy to become one of the clients team in maintaining and achieving the high standards in everything they do. The purpose of this role is to provide cleaning and housekeeping including services for replenishments of refreshement/drinks and other office/business requirements of our clients teams.
- Looking after all internal office and facility cleaning requirements on a daily basis
- The role will be to maintain the standard of all office and work space areas for the staff teams of designers, excecutives and visitors.
- The role promises to be varied, and will require a level of flexibility to accomodate requests, assistance with the GM business design teams. From cleaning and housekping of all offices, refreshment areas and janitorial facilities to preparing areas for business functions and assisting in ensuring all consumables and refreshments are available, the role really does promise an interesting and varied scope.
- Responsible areas Include:

- Reception
- Toilets
- Kitchens
- Stairs & Lifts
- Glazing inspection cleaning internal
- Desk /work areas
- Kitchen appliances / equipment
- Presentation rooms
- Design modelling area
- All meeting/relax areas
- Concierge support services
- Someone who is a good communicator is essential as the day to day work will be as a member of the GM team as well as Leadec offsite management
- Must be a self-starter with an open based approach and be able to use ones initiative to effectively offer solutions to daily concerns
- Adhering to applicable standards, safety procedures and policies
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to build effective relationships ensuring that the image presented suitably represents the high standards required by the Company.
- Use of cleaning equipment such as vacumms, floor machines etc
- To provide verbal and written reportage as required

**Hours of work**:
Plan is for 20 hrs per week in the afternoon with a flexibility
