As a Housekeeping Director, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

About You
Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital, or hotel environment is highly desirable for this role. We are looking for a proven leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver high-quality results. A caring nature and excellent communication skills are essential as you will work closely with other members of staff, residents, and their relatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest standards
• Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the care home are maintained to the highest standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in housekeeping practices and procedures
