Job Title: Finance Co-Ordinator

**Salary**: £23,000 per annum

Role:
Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Property Development company based in Bellahouston on a permanent basis with the option of hybrid working. The Finance Co-Ordinator will assist a small central team with the provision of accounts payable process and procedure and financial services under-pinning the smooth running of the operational aspects of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
The Finance Co-Ordinator will be responsible for:

- Timely and accurate processing of purchase ledger invoices.
- Timely and accurate processing of bi weekly supplier payment run.
- Timely and accurate processing of utility invoices.
- Assisting in the management of out of cycle payment process.
- Assisting in the management of client refunds and owner reimbursements.
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of queries or payment issues.
- Assisting in the management of contracted works diarised charge process.
- Liaison with Operations department on any matters arising.

The Finance Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring that the duties are performed in a manner commensurate with the firm's core values: integrity, quality, performance, clarity.

**Knowledge & Understanding**:

- Highly numerate with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in financial analysis.
- A good understanding of the property management and factoring industry is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient knowledge of standard software systems (particularly advanced excel). Previous experience with CPL is desirable but not essential.
