Reception and Events

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Show arounds for parties, events and perspective wedding couple
Hours 8am-4pm Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday with Saturdays when required when events taking place.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a Event role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
