Based in Stewarton and Prestwick, we provide an enthusiastic approach to all musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. We specialise in sporting injuries, spinal dysfunction and myofasical pain. We are passionate about manual therapy as well as exercise prescription and will take a holistic approach to your recovery. We will ensure we listen to your goals and achieve these together by setting out clear treatment plans. We also offer class-based rehabilitation to allow for self-management under the care of our professional team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Clinical Assistant working between both our Prestwick and Stewarton clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Assist Physiotherapists**: Support with the day-to-day operations.
- **Stock Management**: Conduct accurate stock checks and stock ordering.
- **Clinic Operations**: Ensure the smooth running of a busy private physiotherapy practice.
- **Cleaning and Organising**: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
- **Fast-Paced Efficiency**: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Receptionist Duties**: Handle full receptionist responsibilities.
- **Insurance Invoicing**: Manage and process insurance invoicing and private patient payments.
- **Multitasking and Organisation**: Multitasking effectively and remaining organised is essential.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work autonomously and as part of a small team.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in similar roles is required.
- **Skills**: Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and problem solving are key skills for this role
- **Autonomy and Teamwork**: Capable of working independently and within a team.
- **Task Management**:Demonstrated ability to complete task lists, remaining responsive to tasks and working off of your own initiative and paramount to this role.
