Providing care and support by regularly monitoring service users' condition by regularly recording health markers.
- This includes temperature, pulse respiration and weight, among others.
- Promoting independence.
- Personal care support includes but is not limited to assisting clients in dressing, undressing, washing, using the toilet and bathing.
- Measures and distributes medication at the correct time according to the service provider's needs.
- Undertakes light domestic duties such as meal preparation.
- Home support tasks such as light cleaning, letter writing and bill paying where required.
- Support for specific health conditions such as dementia/Alzheimers, stroke, learning disability/autism and mental health.

**About Us**:

- We are a CQC registered Health and Social Care Provider. We provide Domiciliary Care and Community Care. All under our personal care licence. We will also support Adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and Mental Health Needs. Overall, all care provided will be personal care and support to individuals in their own home's/accommodation. This may involve travel from location to location depending on the length of the shift.

**Required**:

- Right to Work in the UK is required
- We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, driven, good with communication and showing care

**Desired**:

- Previous experience in the Health and Social Care Sector or a demonstrated willingness to learn and gain the skills by means of enrolling on training or previous health care training completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.10 per hour
