- **Qualification **:Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science or a related Certificate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver hands-on lab exercises and projects covering various Azure services, architectures, and solutions, tailored to different skill levels and learning objectives.
- Facilitate lab sessions both in-person and virtually, guiding participants through practical activities and providing real-time assistance and support as needed.
- Create and maintain lab environments, ensuring that all necessary Azure resources, tools, and configurations are set up and accessible for participants during training sessions.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to integrate lab exercises seamlessly into training programs, aligning with learning outcomes and objectives.
- Assist participants in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging Azure configurations, and overcoming challenges encountered during lab activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure updates, announcements, and best practices, incorporating new features and functionalities into lab exercises and training materials.
- Evaluate participants' performance and progress through lab assessments, projects, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Assist in marketing and promoting lab-based training offerings, including creating promotional materials and participating in outreach activities to attract new participants.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience deploying and managing Azure services and solutions.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, with expertise in areas such as compute, storage, networking, security, and databases within Azure.
- Azure certification(s) such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering hands-on training sessions or lab-based workshops, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentorship, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their Azure cloud journey.
