**BOOKKEEPER**

A very exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our busy Finance Department at Stratton Motor Company in Long Stratton, Norwich, NR15 2XJ.

The Bookkeepers main objectives are to help maintain accurate financial records and help provide business information.

Duties to include: processing financial documents, performing accounting work, completing basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks, assist with business analysis and to ensure that all customers, clients, suppliers, colleagues and members of the general public are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner in line with the company standards and policies.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

To assist with all aspects of the company accounts up to trial balance including processing payments, invoices, income and receipts, entering data onto accounting software and filing hard copies.

To assist with reconciliations, VAT returns, credit/debit control, stock management and stock control, provision of financial and non financial management information

To manage and assist any other job functions connected with the accounts department on request
