Requirements
An experienced Senior Bookkeeper on a full time basis. This role located in Swindon. Previous experience in a role providing bookkeeping to multiple clients is desirable but most importantly our successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who has an eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
·     
Reconciliation of clients bank accounts and analysing clients income and expenditure correctly in the profit and loss account and balance sheet.
·      Regularly monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure it’s as up to date and as accurate as possible within the accounting software.
·      Preparation of VAT returns for a range of clients and review client’s bookkeeping and VAT treatment where necessary.
·      Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure all VAT records are requested, and returns prepared and submitted within deadlines.
·      Solid knowledge in double-entry bookkeeping, P&L reports, payroll processing, purchase and sales ledger, and credit control.
·      Experience in implementing new accounting procedures, coaching colleagues, correcting errors, and providing financial insights for accurate auditing, cash flow, budgets, and forecasting.
·      A natural problem solver with patience, tenacity, and determination, eager to add value to clients.
Fully or partially qualified (AAT/IAB/ICB) or with at least 4/5 years of relevant experience.
Highly computer literate with advanced Excel skills, MS 365, and proficiency in Xero, Sage Line 50, and/or QuickBooks.
Monitoring effort needed for each client to ensure correct billing levels
Other adhoc tasks are required by the business.
Essential:
