We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team and become the right-hand person to our director.

The Director of TAG Holdings Ltd is in search of a proactive and adaptable individual who can seamlessly navigate the demands of both business and personal spheres. This role requires unwavering attention to detail and the ability to keep everything in order.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls with professionalism.
- Efficiently manage diaries, organizing meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Take charge of travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide timely reminders to the Director for important tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize databases and filing systems.
- Implement and uphold administrative procedures and systems.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers and clients, ensuring strong relationships.
- Be the go-to person for miscellaneous issues, resolving them promptly.
- Serve as the Director’s right-hand, anticipating needs and acting proactively.
- Manage the Director's personal commitments with discretion and efficiency.
- Actively seek information from the Director, ensuring smooth workflow.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Responsiveness and focus on meeting deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of PA experience.
- Full driving license is essential.
