**Front of House staff responsibilities**:

- Deal with stock and inventory.

**Front of House staff skills and requirements**:

- A friendly attitude.
- Good customer service skills.
- Adept at handling customer complaints.
- Service oriented.
- Comfortable meeting and greeting new people.
- Able to multi-task with ease.
- Team player.
- Smart and able to learn your menu including your beverage selections.

**Front of House education and training requirements**:
Basic numerical knowledge and writing skills are essential.

Desired but not required to have 1 year of Front of House experience.

Must either be able to drive or live locally.

Desired but not required to have a Level 1 Award in Introduction to Employment in the Hospitality Industry, Level 1 Certificate in General Cookery or Level 2 Award in Food Safety. Training will be offered on the job.
