Are you a Manual Machine Operator looking for a local, stable role in a long-standing manufacturer, offering a great work life balance with a 4-day working week?

Are you looking for a permanent position working within a £50 million turnover automotive company, in a days-based role with a great work environment?

On offer is a role Monday-Thursday role where you will be working within a small team running a variety of manual machines to produce, maintain, and refurbish tools, jigs, and fixtures. You will be liaising with various departments to ensure a smooth productionprocess, overcoming issues and executing solutions.

This manufacturing company were founded 50 years ago and are market-leaders in their specialised sector. They are a worldwide brand distributing to the agricultural, industrial, automotive and construction sectors across the globe.

This role would suit a Manual Machine Operator that is looking for a long-term role where you will get every Friday off.

**The Role**:

- Using manual lathes and milling machines
- Producing, repairing, and maintaining jigs, tools, and fixtures
- Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm
- Optional overtime on Friday mornings

**The Person**:

- Manual Machinist
- Looking to work 4 days a week
