**About Us**:
At Yorhealth we provide care for children and young adults with complex care needs. You will be working in the family home.

**About the Role**:
**We are looking to recruit a care assistant to support a young female adult with learning disabilities within her own home, we are looking for people to support her throughout the night. There is a friendly dog within the family home.**

**All training will be provided, this will take place in our head office in Wakefield, all classroom-based training and shadow shifts will be paid.**

**About You**:

- We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who has a passion for young people’s wellbeing and have a caring and patient nature.
- An understanding of the developmental and educational needs of young people
- Current Clinical Competence is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- An NVQ level 3 in the relevant area is desirable.

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
