Our inviting venue boasts a rooftop restaurant where the day begins with incredible breakfast, followed by a delightful shift to a a luxurious small-plate sharing concept from midday until late. The Bar and Kitchen offers a buzzing atmosphere, family favourites, tasty cocktails, while our shack provides quick coffee and bites for those on the move. Downstairs our lodge offers a cosy workspace and cafe setting.

Whether it's a romantic dinner, a lively celebration, or a quick snack. Rockwater has a spot for every moment. Beyond dining, Rockwater pulses with life. Live music, DJ sessions, sunrise yoga, and invigorating sea swims fill our calendar with unique experiences you won't find anywhere else.

A Rockwater waiter/waitress/barista/bar/ is a proactive, cheerful team player, with a passion for the hospitality industry. Working collaboratively with the team and guests to ensure service delivery and guest experience is of paramount importance. You will focus on exceeding the expectations of the customer, and providing the best possible experience, incorporating Rockwater standards of service requirements at all times.
- Develop a deep understanding of our menu, beverages, and service standards to provide knowledgeable assistance to guests.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes to the guests' tables, maintaining the highest level of order accuracy.
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organisation in all assigned areas, contributing to a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
- Assist in the opening, operation, and closing procedures, consistently meeting our stringent standards.
- Prioritise safety at all times, both for yourself and others, promptly addressing any potential hazards or concerns in the restaurant and follow strict allergen procedures.
- Work closely with all staff members to foster strong customer relationships and cultivate loyal regular guests.
- Be open to fulfilling any reasonable requests from management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
- Proactively promote and upsell menu items, offering suggestions to guests to enhance the guest experience
- At least 1 years experience as a waiter in a high volume venue not essential
