Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Lead / Product Manager needed for an exciting high profile SportsTech business that provides sports content to millions of people across the globe.
The Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Lead / Product Manager role will be responsible for creating engaging digital product experiences with strong focus on the ongoing optimisation of key customer promotions and rewards.
The role will be hybrid working within offices in London with flexible working opportunities, and the possibility for remote working.
Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Lead / Product Manager key responsibilities:
- Product management and ownership of the promotions products and roadmap within the vertical.
- End to end ownership of new product initiatives for identified opportunities from ideation through to delivery, including measurement of success and finding areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Head of Product on product strategy, portfolio planning, product roadmap and continuously improving ways of working.
- Use a data driven approach to decision making by ensuring products are properly tagged, and relevant insights collated using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Prior product management experience, preferably from a Tech, Software, Digital, UX background - open to any B2C industry.
- Prior experience working with promotional, rewards, retention, recognition, acquisition or loyalty programmes/products and demonstrate what a great customer experience and journey looks like.
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and draw insights, including planning and evaluating experiments and A/B testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, specifically working with CRM and marketing, technical, commercial, operations and remote based development teams
- Have direct experience of overseeing a product development portfolio and a product roadmap with good understanding of strategic planning and optimising for outcomes and impact.
- Have experience and deep understanding of full product development lifecycle and the principles and practices of agile software development.
